⚙️ Cash Desk Management

The cashier balance can be topped up 24/7 using different payment methods — available options depend on your country.
Mostbet Cash supports both USDT and various local payment methods (for example, bank transfers and mobile wallets).

🔶 Top-up via USDT (cryptocurrency transfer): minimum deposit 30$

1. Open the app and go to “Top up cash register.”
2. Select USDT as the payment method.
3. Select the correct network:
• ERC20 for wallet addresses beginning with 0x
• TRC20 for addresses beginning with T
4. Transfer the required amount using the QR code or copied wallet address.
5. Tap “I Transferred Funds” — the app shows how long it takes for the funds to be credited.

🔷 Top-up via local payment methods:

Available options depend on your country.
After selecting your region in the app, you will see a list of supported methods (for example, mobile wallets or banking systems).
Follow the instructions shown in the app — processing times and steps may vary slightly depending on the method.

💡 Tip: You can contact support if you are unsure which method is suitable for your region.

Which methods can I use to replenish the cashier's account?

Local payment methods may be available depending on your country and cashier currency.

To use a local method:
1. Go to the Top up cash register section.
2. Select the cashier you want to top up.
3. Available payment options will appear as icons — including local methods (e.g. mobile wallets, bank transfer) and USDT.
4. Click the local method you prefer and follow the instructions to complete your deposit.

⚠️ If no local methods are shown, it means they are not available for the selected currency. In this case, we recommend using USDT as a universal deposit option.
Funds are usually credited within a few minutes, depending on the payment system.

How do I top up my cashier account using local payment methods?

The minimum deposit for replenishing your cashier account is 30 USDT (or the equivalent in local currency).

The maximum per transaction is usually 5,000 USDT, but you can make multiple deposits — there is no daily or monthly limit on the number of transactions.

What is the minimum and maximum deposit amount?

In most cases, deposits are credited almost instantly after the transfer is completed.

However, in some situations — depending on the selected payment method, network load (for crypto transfers), or payment provider processing time — it may take up to one hour for the funds to appear in your cashier account.

If your deposit hasn’t been credited after one hour, please contact support and provide the transaction details.

How long does it take for a deposit to appear in my cashier balance?

No, Mostbet Cash does not charge any service fees for deposits or withdrawals.

However, third-party payment systems (such as crypto networks or local providers) may charge their own transfer fees, depending on the selected method.

Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?

There is no direct withdrawal option from the cashier account.
Agents earn by processing player transactions — deposits and withdrawals.
The commission you receive can be used for future player deposits, while the cash you collect from players becomes your actual profit.
In other words, your balance grows through transactions, and earnings are realized when players pay you in cash.

How can I withdraw funds from my cashier account?

Manage your cashier balance and understand the rules around deposits and payouts. This section explains how to fund your balance, work with player transactions, and follow the operational rules.

📦 Cashier Account & Limits

Cryptocurrency is digital money that works independently of banks. It’s stored in a special crypto wallet and allows people to send and receive money directly, securely, and instantly.

Mostbet Cash supports USDT — a stable digital currency tied to the US dollar.
1 USDT ≈ 1 USD, which makes it easy to use.

What is cryptocurrency?

Just like traditional money can move through Visa or Mastercard, crypto transactions use networks.

Mostbet Cash supports two USDT networks:
• TRC20 (Tron) — low fees, fast confirmation
• ERC20 (Ethereum) — more common, but higher fees

⚠️ Important: TRC20 and ERC20 are not compatible.
Sending to the wrong network address may result in permanent loss of funds.

What is a crypto network and why does it matter?

USDT (Tether) is a popular stablecoin, meaning it maintains a steady value close to the US dollar.

It’s widely supported, available 24/7, and ideal for fast and secure transfers — perfect for topping up your Mostbet Cash balance.

What is USDT and why is it used in Mostbet Cash?

To send or receive USDT, you need a crypto wallet — like a digital bank account. There are two main types:

1. Wallets on crypto exchanges (recommended for beginners):
• Register on platforms like Binance, Bybit, or OKX
• Buy USDT and send it directly to Mostbet Cash

2. Wallet apps for your phone (Trust Wallet, Exodus):
• Install the app
• Buy USDT using an external exchanger
• Then send it manually from the wallet

How do I create a crypto wallet?

To purchase USDT:

1. Register on a crypto exchange or exchanger
2. Complete identity verification (usually a passport is required)
3. Buy USDT using a bank card, P2P transfer, or another payment method
4. Ensure you’re buying USDT in the correct network (TRC20 or ERC20)

How can I buy USDT?

1. Go to Top up cash register.
2. Choose the cash register you want to top up.
3. Select USDT as the method.
4. Choose the crypto-wallet type: TRC20 or ERC20.
5. Enter the payment amount (minimum 30 USDT) and click Continue.
6. You’ll see the wallet address and QR code — use them to transfer funds.
7. Make sure the transfer is completed before the expiration time displayed.
8. Funds will be credited within 30 minutes.

How do I top up a cash register using USDT?

Yes — but only if you follow these rules:

• ✅ Double-check wallet addresses before sending
• ✅ Use the correct network (TRC20 or ERC20)
• ✅ Store your passwords and private keys safely — they cannot be recovered
• ✅ Respect the laws of your country — in some places, crypto may be restricted or regulated

Is it safe to use cryptocurrency?

Not at all. Once you go through the steps once, it becomes very simple.

Most agents say that future top-ups take less than 2 minutes once you’ve done it once.
